Location: Twin Pines Conservation Education Center

Joining us from the Dickerson Park Zoo, Phoenix and Aquila, will enable you to enjoy the sight, sound and study of both the golden and bald eagle. HELLO EAGLE WATCHERS! Missouri's winter eagle watching is spectacular and we hope you will join us in Clarksville to view our national symbol in the wild. What to bring: Winter outdoor clothing, camera and binoculars (optional), family and friends. DRESS FOR COLD WEATHER!
Where: Lock and Dam 24, The Apple Shed, and River Front City Park in Clarksville MO.

Location: Stella Veteran's Memorial Park

The fish-filled streams of southwest Missouri are a winter home to bald eagles. Join the Chert Glades Master Naturalists, the community of Stella, and local MDC staff for an eagle viewing opportunity at Stella Veteran’s Memorial Park. There will be spotting scopes set up and fun educational activities throughout the day. No registration required. All ages.

Date: Saturday, February 2, 2019 - 9:00am to 3:00pm

Location: Mingo National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center

Winter is a great time to visit Mingo National Wildlife Refuge and Duck Creek Conservation Area for viewing bald eagles. Spotting scopes and guides will be provided to view eagles in the wild. Indoor programs will include live eagles plus exhibits, activities, and videos. Visitors can tour the Visitor Center at Mingo National Wildlife Refuge. Youth and adult groups welcome. Event is free.
