Juden Creek Conservation Area supports a forest type unique to areas bordering the Mississippi River. American Beech is a common tree species on this area and is indicative of a western mesophytic forest.

Juden Creek Conservation Area has a pleasant forest trail that is regularly visited by hikers and bird watchers. The trail is moderately steep and is not surfaced.
